Weekend Weddings (Friday-Sunday)
- Base rate: $5,000
- Additional per guest: $30

Weekday Weddings (Monday-Thursday)
- Base rate: $3,000
- Additional per guest: $20
- Maximum total (80 guests): $4,600
Important Information
Venue Capacity
- Maximum capacity: 80 guests
- Ceremony times: Any 7 hour slot between 10am and 10pm, we recommend 3pm-10pm
- Reception concludes: By 10pm
- Non-staying guests must depart: Within 30 minutes
Securing Your Date
A refundable 25% deposit locks your date in our calendar. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- • Full refund (including deposit): >60 days prior
- • 50% refund: 31-60 days prior
- • No refund: 30 days or less

How many guests can the venue accommodate?
The venue can accommodate up to 80 guests maximum.
What are the venue hire hours?
You can choose any 7-hour window between 10am and 10pm for your wedding celebration. We recommend a 3pm-10pm timeframe.
How long do we have access to the venue?
You'll have 3-day access to the venue: the day before your wedding, your wedding day, and the day after.
What areas are included in the venue hire?
The venue hire includes access to:
- • The lower property
- • The oval
- • Pine forest
- • Redwood forest
- • Clubhouse (including pre-ceremony suite and bar area)
- • Parking area
Accommodation
Is accommodation included with the venue hire?
Yes, 2 nights of accommodation for up to 12-16 guests is included across our 5 on-site stays:
- • The Nest Glamping Dome — 2-4 guests
- • The Burrow Glamping Dome — 2 guests
- • The Redwood Safari Tent — 2-3 guests
- • The Serene Family Retreat — 4 guests
- • The Glass Cabin — 2-3 guests
Can additional guests stay on the property?
Yes! Beyond the 5 included stays, additional guests are welcome to bring their own caravans, campervans, tents, or swags and set up on the property (weather dependant). Alternatively, there are plenty of Airbnbs and hotels nearby for those who prefer off-site accommodation.
Pricing
What are your wedding package prices?
We offer two pricing structures:
- • Weekday (Monday-Thursday): $3,000 base rate + $20 per guest
- • Weekend (Friday-Sunday): $5,000 base rate + $30 per guest
Is there a minimum guest requirement?
No, there is no minimum guest requirement for either weekday or weekend weddings.
What's the maximum cost for a full-capacity wedding?
For 80 guests:

- • Weekend maximum: $7,400
