About the Redwood Safari Tent
The Redwood Safari Tent sits at the edge of a dawn redwood grove, a setting that feels more like a nature documentary than a campsite. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors with full screens let you open up the entire front of the tent to the forest, blurring the line between inside and out.
Inside, a 4-poster queen bed anchors the space, with a plush couch that converts to a single bed for a third guest. Split-system air conditioning, a coffee machine, StarLink WiFi, and hard flooring give you proper comfort without losing the feeling of sleeping in nature.
Out the front of the glass sliding doors, the timber deck has a daybed looking out to the grove and bar seating overlooking the horse paddock. Walk down the stairs to your private fire pit where you can sit under the stars.
Beyond the tent, you have full access to the property: the historic clubhouse with pool/snooker table and the original 1978 Hilton Hotel bar, a six-burner BBQ area, pine forest fairy garden, and scenic nature walks.

- Pets welcome — must be on a leash or supervised at all times due to wildlife, horses, and other guests on site
- Children require constant adult supervision (unfenced areas and horses nearby)
- No vehicles on the grass; use designated parking areas only
- Property boundary ends at the shed on the hilltop; please do not enter neighbouring land
- Clean shared amenities after use; do not touch other guests' food or belongings in shared spaces
- No fireworks, firearms, or explosives permitted
- No drinks on the pool table; return cues and balls after play
- Public and shared areas are monitored by security cameras
- All guests must sign the guest waiver before check-in
- Check-in: 3:00 PM (contactless smart lock, 24-hour access)
